The staff delivered really good service was nice, while the location was convenient for exploring major attractions. The ground floor room faced noise issues due to breakfast activities right outside, and the initial difficulty finding the riad was a bit frustrating. The rooftop views provided a relaxing escape, and the breakfast with delicious grilled salmon was a lovely highlight.

the room was bright and quiet on the lower floors, just what we needed. it was in a central location, in caffe arab sensual restaurant which we also do recommend. the staff was very amiable, always on hand when needed.
No negatives to mention.

The rooftop terrace offers nice views of the city and mountains, especially after a long day. The ground floor room is spacious with a comfortable bed.
Not everything was smooth sailing. The windows in the rooms lack glass facing communal areas, which can mean less privacy and more noise from other guests. The shower's hand-held setup is inconvenient. You have to juggle holding it while washing. Upon arrival, we found only two shower towels, and it took two days to get more. Disorganization reigned when the bathroom carpet went missing, leaving us with stained towels instead. Finally, they promised a gluten-free breakfast, which didn't materialize on the first two days.

Pleasant riad, with reasonable facilities.
This is not a flashy riad, although it was reasonable value for money for the price. In Marrakesh, it is probably worth spending more to stay somewhere more spacious and with more facilities, particularly if it is extremely hot and you want to escape from the chaos and the heat outside. If you are arriving from the airport it is worth booking the shuttle service the riad offers, as you would not find this riad on your own the first time in a million years. Down a back alley, then through a "tunnel" and opposite a building site, it does not look flash from outside. Don't do the Ourika valley excursion. What a waste of money. You have to pay extra for the "guide" to go up to the cascades.

Gorgeous and wonderful hotel, flexible staff, truly enjoyed the ideal location so close to the center, many restaurants, and Casablanca's airport at four. The room was nicely furnished on the lower floors, we stayed here for 4 nights...

The riad provided a lovely rooftop terrace with beautiful views of the city and mountains, perfect for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
We encountered some difficulty finding the riad upon arrival, as the initial approach was a bit tricky, particularly at night.

Small and calm, very relaxing after busy walks.
Despite being very friendly and helpful all but one staff members speak no English. Hard to find especially late at night as no signs direct to the hotel.

The grilled Teppanyaki fish was a taste sensation, and breakfast was a good daily surprise with fresh orange juice! Staff were also very cute, always ready with recommendations.
Towels were scarce upon arrival, and I had to improvise with stained ones.

On arrival we were greeted by very friendly male staff, offer a mint tea as a refreshment. After completing the arrival documentation we were informed that our room was elsewhere. They could see we were concerned, and mentioned the reason, a young family were staying and they thought we would like to sleep in. When we went to the other Riad, it was absolutely beautiful, better than the one we booked. We were shown our room which was delightful. The staff here were genuine and caring, highly recommend a stay here.

Here's the bottom line
An enchanting stay with attentive staff. Every question was met with friendly guidance, and the breakfast was nothing short of exquisite. Nestled in a safe, central location, it's just a short stroll from the main square. Perfect for families and groups looking for a nice Moroccan experience.

Hidden gem!! I am so happy to have choosen this riad. As 2 women travellers it was nice to be slightly away from all the hussel of the main square (10mins) and the feeling of safety is important to me. The hospitality of the riad was super! The manager Jean-Christoph and sweet Jamal are diamonds, always so helpfull and very very polite. If I ever return to Marrakesh I would definately stay here again without a doubt!! I would advise any traveller to take the offer of the taxi service (from the airport) offered by the riad, as it may be alittle difficult to find otherwise. The riad in itself is small cozy and comfortable, and no riad is soundproof so dont be put off by some of the reviews. What you see in the photos of the riad is exactly what you get (though the photos does make it look bigger is size) Overall if I had to score the riad, I would give it top marks!
The Massage service was dissapointing and not worth the money.
